What you'll do:

As the CIS Custom Solution Expert, you will be part of CIS Growth & Strategic Programs. You will have a crucial role in shaping Customer specific solutions for our customers, re-imagining business processes with disruptive technologies like generative AI and beyond, with a desire to keep pace with the new and emerging trends, technologies, and innovations.

What you bring:

• 5+ years total professional experience, preferably with a majority in the customer facing role.

• Knowledge of at least one of the business processes Finance, Supplychain, Manufacturing, warehouse & logistics and customer experience

• Previous experience of working in atleast one of the SAP industries like Consumer, Discrete Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources/

• Previous experience of working in Cloud ERP, BTP, AI Foundation and Generative AI Hub.

• Strong Product Management and Solution Management background/

• Strong customer focused mindset and experienced in customer interactions
