CA/CFA/ACCA/MBA – Finance with 14+ years of valuation, team building and management experience
Your key responsibilities would involve:
- leading valuation engagements, for financial reporting as well as for M&A and other corporate finance purposes.
- building and managing high performance team of valuation professionals and guiding them smoothly on technical matters (related to valuation, reporting writing etc.) as well as non-technical matters (related to grooming and mentoring overall professional development of team members).
- staying abreast with current business and economic developments relevant to the region of focus i.e. Middle East and North Africa (‘MENA’) as well as globally.
- building business with the onshore teams through sustained support as well as developing additional valuation related skills and service offerings.
- building knowledge base repository and ensuring continuous learning for self as well as team members.
- managing and motivating teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds and fostering a collaborative environment.
- use technology and tools to innovate and enhance the effectiveness of services provided and function as a leader in adopting new tools and techniques.

To qualify for the role, you must be:
- a CA/CFA/ACCA/MBA – Finance professional with 14+ years of core work experience in performing valuations for businesses, assets, purchase price allocation, intangibles, etc. with strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
- having strong sector valuation acumen preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction sector.
- competent in building and reviewing financial models prepared for valuation, feasibility studies, business planning or for any corporate finance purposes.
- hands-on with training, mentoring and managing a team of 80+ valuation professionals.
- possessing working knowledge or understanding of analytical tools including PowerBI, Power Query etc.
- having excellent written and oral communication.
- possessing strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment.
- efficient in handling multiple stakeholders along with managing engagement teams.
- having excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- willing to travel within the MENA region including Saudi Arabia.
- comfortable working in a target driven environment where continuous growth and development is core to anything we do.
- willing to move to base location.
basic spoken Arabic language skill will be an added advantage in this role.
