Responsibilities:

• Governance & Oversight of Corporate and site scorecards
• Partner with internal functions such as Human Resources and Compliance to support information requests or co-ordinate activities on behalf of the Chief Technology Officer.
• Support the CTO leadership team with Resolution Planning.
• Establish and maintain a Business Execution Service Catalog.
• Establish key relationships with global Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to measure and track CTO recruitment, including time to fill metrics, aging and talent pipelines.
• Maintain governance and oversight of the CTO real estate, data quality and reporting.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a financial services role
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree OR equivalent experience
