Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience managing contract manufacturers or electromechanical modules in the supply chain field, with RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation).
- Experience with cBOM/MVA cost structure, Finance data analytics, cost modeling, and price negotiation.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Commodity Management, CM (Contract Manufacturing) and JDM (Joined Development Manufacturing) management, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with contract and compliance management and strong negotiator with a demonstrated track record of establishing successful partnerships.
- Knowledge of cost competing technologies, processes and products to guide and influence product development and decisions.
- Ability to create or optimize cost models for evaluating modules, components, and new processes.
- Familiarity with international business.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.
