As the(DEVICE & CREATIVITY CSA), you willbe responsible forpartner marketing plans and activities with Japan retail partnerfor Windows, M365 and Surface productsSitting within the Consumer Channels and Partner Marketing team in Japan, you will execute on product and channel marketing priorities within the partners,in order todrive revenue and profitable growth with those partnersand alsodevelop strategiclong termfunnel marketing plans with partners

In this role, you will build full-funnel partner marketing plans, creativeand relevant experiences, which will deliver ROI and meet sales targetsbe a subject matter expert for Devices and Creativity solution areas whichour Windows, Surface and M365 products and services. You will understand the unique propositions and consumers within each of our retail partners

You will own the planning of marketing investment strategy and marketing mix with the partners. You will develop deep relationships with our partner’s marketing leaders and willbe responsible fordriving partnerand platforms. You will haveend-to-end responsibility for marketing campaign planning & execution, including the marketing calendar, negotiating in-store experiences/and enabling digital marketing & transformation on partner.com. You will also work closely with Partner Readiness & Influence Leadsto drive conversion online and in-store through training, evangelism andsales motions.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)

  • , Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field AND4+ years' digital, retail, channel marketing, marketing, retail sales, or commercial sales experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong presentation skills

  • + years relevant experience in Retail/Channel Marketing/Marketing/Retail Sales.
  • Proven success at marketing strategy and execution planning – particularly Retail Marketing with Consumer Technology products.
