Job responsibilities for this position include New Test methodology implementation, HW/SW integration, RF performance optimization , Characterization flow Automation, Data analysis, Process experiment (DOE) definition, Product documentation/presentation, Driving failure analysis to completion and yield variance control. The job scope also requires the candidate to drive Test time reduction and Yield improvement to meet set goals without compromising production quality. This position is both Technical and Managerial with equal importance to both

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Skills/Experience:

• Solid understanding of Electronics engineering fundamentals, Semiconductor manufacturing process, RF and Mixed-signal circuit analysis techniques

• Good knowledge of RF measurement techniques such as EVM , IP2,IP3, Noise Figure ,ACPR , Distortion , Jitter and Phase noise

• Deep RF device level characterization skills. System level knowledge is a plus.

• Able to work comfortably with Lab equipment such as Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Digitizer , Phase Noise Analyzer and Noise Sources

• Solid software skills for writing and debugging Characterization code (Python, C or C#). Expertise in LabVIEW and TestStand is a plus.

• Strong Knowledge of RF and Mixed-signal PCB design and debug. Using CAD software such as Mentor Graphics or Cadence Allegro is a plus.

• Knowledge and hands on experience with statistical analysis software package and techniques, quality and reliability testing. Wafer fabrication fundamentals are a plus.

• Proven experience of managing hands-on a team size of 10+ engineers.

• Track record of coaching, mentoring, people management and providing career path guidance to reports.

Education Requirements:

• B.E, M.E or equivalent.

• 16 years plus experience.
