Your Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and technological requirements and provide strategic technological recommendations
- Conduct thorough technological assessments and audits, on existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Create and implement technology strategies that promote digital transformation, improve operational efficiency and drive business growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to design and implement technology solutions
- Manage the implementation of digital transformation projects ensuring quality of work and timeline delivery
- Be a digital transformation partner to clients by educating them through meetings, workshops and trainings sessions
- Cultivate strong client relationships by demonstrating professionalism, integrity and understanding of their needs ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Be proactive and take initiative to support engagement managers and partners in delivery high quality work to our clients
To qualify for the role, you should have
- Up to 4 years of previous relevant or related experience
- BSc in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Analytical mind set; critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Greek languages
