What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: This includes prospecting new opportunities, diagnosing customer needs, pitching Uber Transit solutions, negotiating contracts, and serving as the customer champion throughout the relationship.
- Operate autonomously: Run your area of responsibility as if it were your own business, making strategic decisions to drive growth and meet targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with various Uber internal teams, including policy, legal, operations, and product, to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions to our partners.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales/account management with a transport technology/services provider selling into the public sector in the Netherlands and across Europe.
- A proven track record of client success and consistently surpassing KPIs, revenue targets, and company objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively and patiently while being dynamic in articulating our stories and enabling partnerships between Uber and public transport authorities
- Excellent communicator: Strong communication skills, with empathy, drive, and a passion for solving problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passionate about shared private and public transport: Deep understanding and passion for the impact of shared transport on improving lives and society.
- Familiarity with sales tools and techniques, and a high level of IT literacy.
- Determined and enthusiastic about thriving in a fast-paced team environment
