Qualifications
- Process mapping: To identify opportunity matrix in existing process flow at customer sites.
- Qualifying an opportunity t ogether with the UK Product Managers, decide if we want to compete for a piece of Taiwan business based on knowledge of the application, the competitive and commercial situation, strategic value.
- Process mapping: To identify opportunity matrix in existing process flow at customer sites.
- Customer road map: Identify N+1 and N+2 process requirements, report back to product management.
- Sales support Once an opportunity is qualified, providing answers to questions from the customer/sales team. Conference calls and/or visiting the customer to progress the opportunity through discussion and presentation. Assisting the UK Product Management team and experts in the Business Units (BU) in answering purchasingspecifications.Providing inputs to the Contract Managers for accurate quoting (Draft System Configuration Details).
- Develop information sources Develop contacts at customers, suppliers, analysts that can be used as sources of market intelligence. Sharing the gathered information with Product Management & the BU.
- Customer Demos In the case of qualified prospects that require demos, discuss the demo requirements in detail and help to complete and review the demo request form with the customer and BU. Provide information in support of live demos.
- Competitor analysis Using a variety of information sources, learn about our competitors’ products in terms of specifications, pricing, development plans etc. Assist the Product Managers in maintaining a competitor database.
- Tool performance & CIPs: Review tool performance and determine if existing CIPs helps or new CIPs are needed.
- Market research Develop an understanding of Taiwan markets and trends using knowledge gained from customers, suppliers, analysts (including our own Market Analyst), conference papers, internet research, etc.
- Product promotion Attend trade shows and conferences. Contribute to technical papers & give presentations at the same. Identify new opportunities to promote the products and SPTS. Online promotion through webinars.
Knowledge of some of the following would be advantageous:
- How semiconductors are manufactured.
- Processing of semiconductors (Etch, CVD, PVD, ECD in particular).
- Semiconductor device packaging.
- The business of semiconductor manufacture.

Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a technology field.
Experience
- Proven experience of wafer processing gained either at an equipment vendor or a wafer fab.
Master's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 3 years
