Bachelor’s degree in Business/Business Law, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently, to support stakeholders in Japan.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing ambiguity and analyzing metrics to find root causes, identity opportunities, and adjust strategy accordingly.
Experience in leading and implementing global, HR operational projects including system applications, associated risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
Understanding of local labour law and labour relations environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across teams and act as a trusted advisor to all levels of management.
