What you'll do

• Requirements Engineering: Continuous technical consultation and technical implementation of new projects, processes, functionalities and fields in SAPJira based on provided specifications.
• Continuous enhancements of the existing Jira Requirement Framework to reflect changing business needs with regards to ongoing Localization topics
• Managing of Jira Requests raised by Development units while setting priorities
• Aligning of Localization Requirement Project configuration changes with central SAPJira Administration Team to get test configurations implemented in a timely manner.
• Driving adoption of Delivery Compliance for Legal Changes.
• Supporting velocity of Legal Changes delivery.
• Support with project management activities in the areas of Jira and Legal Changes.
• Generating transparency and supporting business decisions with system-based data.
• Supporting Leadership team in ad-hoc tasks and requests.

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in working in international software companies.
• 2+ years of experience in technical functions.
• Work experience in global and virtual teams.
• Technical and/or development experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in senior management support.
• Professional with academic education BA or higher in Computer Science, Science or Business. MBA or similar degree.
• Outcome/result-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to deliver quality work under time constrains.
• Strong can-do attitude and growth mindset.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Fluent in English.German Language skills are a plus.
