- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 6+ years of consulting, presales, enterprise selling, and/or program/product management experience specifically supporting analytics and AI/ML initiatives
- Experience working with big data, business intelligence, generative AI, and other analytics technology is required
- Expertise around Industry data use cases and ability to translate LoB requirements to a technical solution.

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in working in a matrixed organization.
- Understanding and experience in business initiatives requiring data driven solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is key.
- Experience working with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, IBM Netezza , Hadoop, Spark or other data warehouse, data lake or databases is required.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and building scalable analytics solutions on AWS such as Amazon SageMaker, AWS Glue, and AWS Lambda. Experience with other programming languages is a plus.
- Experience with Design Thinking/Working Backwards methodologies.
