Treasury and Trade Solutions (“TTS”) is a key product group within Institutional Client Group (ICG) which supports clients from all sectors including Global Subsidiaries Group, TTLC, Public Sector, Financial Institutions and Commercial Banking. We offer a comprehensive set of digital and innovative solutions ranging from payments, collections, cards, liquidity management, channels, trade services, trade finance to structured supply chain financing.
Job Requirements/Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of top tiered corporate clients and develop an understanding of their businesses operations, transaction flows, organization structures, TTS needs and priorities;
- Work closely in partnership with TTS Solution Sales and Banking teams, focusing on
- Revenue growth, retention and attrition management, including monthly revenue tracking and analysis to ensure the relevant scorecards correctly reflecting TTS profitability
- Identify and coordinate new cross sell opportunities including commercialization of new and enhanced solution offerings
- Understand key TTS sales activities and strategies for clients within the portfolio and provide relevant supports
- Drive revenue realization on deals implemented and track the progress of all deals at implementation stage
- Penetrate client organization and cultivate client contacts working with TTS Solution Sales, Operations and Client Delivery to deliver superior client satisfaction
- Work in partnership with TTS Solution Sales and Client Delivery in the preparation and delivery of TTS Relationship/Services Reviews
- Prepare analysis and finding summaries on client transactions volume/trends, solutions structures and pricing for HK TTS Sales Head, Asia Client Executive Head and/or Solution Sales
- Support client communication and management of Product migrations, regulatory changes and market updates
- Take ownership and ensure all client enquiries, issues and requests are handled and addressed promptly either personally or through the engagement of CEM, Services/Ops, Banking and/or appropriate Product specialists, and utilize client forums such as Client at Risk and Deal at Risk to facilitate and drive resolution where necessary
- Be the client advocate in navigating the Citi network to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain industry/sector knowledge and trends
- Ensure compliance with TTS Risk and Sales processes where applicable
- Monitor challenged credit clients to ensure products suitable for client risk rating and classifications
- Handle AML enquiries promptly to ensure adherence to Citi policies
- Provide client feedback on products, processes and services needs to relevant internal partners
Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, time management and organizational skills
- Proven track record of successful client focused activity, Back Office Cash Management or Trade Operations Experience
- Self-driven and trusted team player
- Mandarin speaking is mandatory
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in client management and financial services indust
- Bachelor’s/University degree
