PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
- To manage the product categories and deliver the in-season business to achieve retail and eCom business objectives and target
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the buy strategy for own retail and eCom inline business.
- Execute product and assortment strategy to achieve company target of the designated channels / categories.
- Plan and implement inventory control management, and apply effective strategies to ensure optimal stock control in stores, including stock monthly allocation and consolidation among stores, plan for markdowns and clearance.
- Monitor shop and sell-through performance and derive strategies and actions to meet market needs.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for merchandise distribution.
- Analyze routine sales and stock data and maintain detailed and accurate reports.
- Involve in shop opening and upgrading project.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, VM, Product, Marketing and Logistic team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong knowledge and background in retail buying
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Good in Mandarin
- Well organized and pro-active, able to work under pressure and tight schedule
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of experience in retail merchandising field
- Bachelor’s degree
