• Develop and manage customized optical portfolio solutions for customers in Iraq and the broader ME region.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through network design and solution implementation.
• Create and streamline optimal design guidelines for effective utilization of optical solutions in client networks.
• Regularly update customer roadmaps and gather actionable requirements for enhanced service delivery.
• Proactively promote optical products by leveraging deep technical expertise in DWDM and OTN technologies.
• Explore and identify innovative applications for optical products and solutions to address emerging customer needs.
• Deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations showcasing solutions and their benefits to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of customer-focused initiatives.

You have:

• In-depth knowledge of DWDM and OTN technology
• Experience in DWDM and OTN network design or implementation
• Familiarity with Transport SDN
• Strong ability to create and manage optical portfolio solutions

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of 1830PSS, PSSx, and PSI-M
• Experience with Wavesuite and Automation
• Proficiency in providing design guidelines and roadmap updates
• Ability to deliver engaging PowerPoint solution presentations
