What you need to know about the role:

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • ,establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key payment providers, processors, financialinstitutionsand any other service providers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on all matters related to partnerships.

Performance Management and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of all partners and solutions to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs to track the success of partnership and payment initiatives.

  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of partnerships and related strategic initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure that all partnerships and payment solutionscomply withrelevant regulations and industry standards.

  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to manage risks associated with partnerships.

  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to partnerships

What You Need To Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • + years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related role within the financial services or fintech industry.

  • track recordof developing and managing high-level partnerships with product/ payment providers, financialinstitutionsand other suppliers.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of fintech products, payment systems, financial regulations, and industry trends.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • The role may require occasional travel(as needed)
