A day in the life
- Hiring and mentorship: Help build a two-pizza team from scratch, ensuring high standards for engineering excellence to influence SDEs in the years to come
- Deeply understand technical decisions, influence long-term architecture
- Build a strong foundation and ensure a high bar for design and coding best practices
- Work closely with international stakeholders across our VP-level Trustworthy Shopping Experience org, in addition to TPM and PM-T

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of building complex software systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language

- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
