Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will provide strategic leadership to the Transmission & Distribution capability area within APAC Energy & Power. This role combines technical excellence with business acumen, requiring a leader who can drive innovation while maintaining outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with Client Growth Managers across APAC, you'll build and nurture strategic client relationships that drive our business forward. Your deep understanding of client needs will inform our recruitment, retention, and development programs, ensuring we have the right capabilities to serve our clients effectively. In today's evolving market, you'll lead your team to be resilient and adaptable, remaining focused and flexible in a competitive environment.
A key aspect of your role will be maximizing the benefits of our global delivery model. You'll establish sustainable ways of working that build trusted relationships both nationally and internationally. Financial performance will be central to your responsibilities – you'll drive commercial objectives, ensure responsible cost control, and make strategic investment decisions that create lasting value for our shareholders. Through your leadership in integrated delivery with our Global Delivery Centres, you'll help achieve key commercial targets and broader business goals.

- Proven leadership experience in Transmission & Distribution sector
- Track record of financial and operational management
