Provide day-to-day ad-hoc administrative support to BDRs, Sales Directors, and Customer Success teams
Help drive the adoption of our CRM (SFDC) to ensure proper use, forecast best practices, and maintain data hygiene.
Support BDR activities (prospecting, target lists, data uploads and enrichment)
Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into our key KPIs to sales and key business partners, and have the ability to pull data points and analysis together to influence leaders and provide strategic recommendations
Collaborate with Deal Desk to help manage the daily aspects of deal structuring and quoting support, contract management, and order administration
Identify areas for process improvement to build efficiency and scale
Manage and support our in region Quarterly Business Reviews in collaboration with the Geo VP of sales
Acts as a liaison with Finance/Rev Ops, Deal Desk and Order Management, Product, Legal, Customer Success and Marketing
Support in region enablement and training for Sales
You’ll bring:
Significant professional experience in either Sales Operations, Renewal Operations or Business Operations
Experience using sales systems, CRM and CPQ tools (Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Outreach)
Patience and ability to break down complex sales processes/tools, generate process documentation and train Sales reps
Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand with a Positive “can do” attitude and growth mindset
Results driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Dependable and supportive team player
Effective, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills
Ticket and Project management experience and ability to execute large scale projects
Prior employment experience in SaaS Security or Fintech companies a plus
