Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic product initiatives, including those driven by business and regulation, requiring participation of cross-functional groups
• Coordinate the strategic initiative pipeline and related tasks for active, passive investment funds and ETFs; ensure results are delivered on-schedule while closely adhering to internal policies
• Establish and maintain relationships with fund houses, ETF providers, financial counterparties and internal stakeholders such as Advisors, Bankers and Investment teams
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the mutual fund and ETF offering
• Monitor and be aware of industry trends impacting the product palette
• Manage relationships with product stakeholders across regions and functions; provide information to business partners, operations, control teams and portfolio managers relating to product management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Significant experience in financial services, with experience in wealth management or asset management
• Experience with EU domiciled regulated mutual funds (UCITS) and associated regulatory framework is required
• Strong organizational and project management skills; demonstrate high level of attention to detail and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Highly motivated team player with proven problem solving ability; able to work in a fluid environment, act independently and coordinate with team and stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment to build consensus and influence outcomes
• Highly competent with core MS Office applications – e.g. Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Experience of working with fund distribution agreements is a plus
• Knowledge of programming language tools (i.e. Python) and business intelligence software is an advantage
