Program Managers plan, execute, track and manage end to end solutions to ensure the desired customer and business value is delivered. You will be responsible for leading and managing complex programs that require coordination across multiple teams, particularly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, such as legal, policy, and tech teams. Your ability to bridge the gap between these groups will be crucial, ensuring that all parties are aligned, informed, and working toward common goals. You’ll need strong communication and interpersonal skills to translate technical objectives into clear, actionable language for stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.

Job Description:

As a Program Manager at PayPal, you will:

Drive resolution of program-level issues leveraging scrum-of-scrums as needed. Facilitate executive-level escalations and program-level change management.

Manage program-level communications ensuring stakeholders are informed of roadmap changes, release plans and delivery status. Lead program-level reviews with delivery teams, stakeholders and executive management as required.

Comfort with technical discussions, ability to understand and work through technical complexities.

About You:

You have worked in a program manager role for 3-10+ years of experience.

You have a good knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates and management techniques.

You have experience with different software development methodologies including the agile development methodology such as Scrum.

You are successful in developing program/project level artifacts to support a major software implementation program with concurrent releases.
