IAM – Analyst – Metrics and Analytics

This position will require strong understanding of data concepts, Python coding and a hands-on experience with Machine Learning to be able to enable teams with insights and forecasts. Critical thinking and customer-oriented mindset, embracing new technology, understanding of concepts is key. The overall objective of this role is to contribute the larger Identity and Access Management organization to increase effectiveness with adopting emerging technologies.

The overall objective of this role is to contribute the larger Identity and Access Management organization to increase effectiveness with adopting emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

As an IAM Analyst, you will be responsible to:

• Provide security oversight for new systems and major system releases by reviewing system security capabilities.
• Using Machine Learning and related solutions add value to the business teams in enabling them with insights to take informed decisions for operational efficiency and risk appetite.
• Utilize cross-functional knowledge to document business requirements and implement solutions.
• Work with technology teams to onboard and improve tools and processes, maintaining this information in a knowledge base.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher desired or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience.
• Strong work ethic; excellent use of discretion and judgment.
• Good command of English language (both verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, relationship development and prioritization skills
• Analytical and detail oriented
• The ability and enthusiasm to develop the process and procedures improvement skill set

Critical Competencies:

• Hands on experience with machine learning and python programming.
• Proven track record of machine learning projects and value addition to business.
• Conceptual understanding of SDLC, mSaaS, JIRA
• Experience working with REST APIs.
