As Assistant Manager Content Publishing, you’ll be at the heart of our digital campaigns—bringing live inspiring content across adidas.com and the adidas app in Europe. You’ll be trained to master our content systems and become the go-to expert for publishing high-impact brand and commercial content that inspires, engages, and converts. This is more than just publishing. It’s about collaborating with creative minds across brand and consumer experience, and making sure every campaign hits the mark—technically and visually.Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Publishing & Quality Control: Publish brand and commercial campaign content across adidas.com and the app. Review incoming requests for completeness and accuracy, implement updates, and verify successful deployment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on implementation status to key stakeholders and team members throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Request Management: Prioritize and manage a queue of content requests, balancing stakeholder needs and aligning with seasonal timelines.
  • Site & App Audits: Conduct regular reviews of live content to identify issues, propose improvements, and enhance the overall consumer experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use web analytics tools to assess content performance, identify outdated or broken elements, and take corrective action.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with requestors and internal teams to continuously improve workflows, system usage, and communication practices.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to broader initiatives aimed at optimizing content publishing processes and tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels
• Affinity for digital content delivery, systems, and workflows
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complex challenges into actionable steps• Solid understanding of digital content publishing world
• Experience with content management systems (CMS); familiarity with JIRA is a plus
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken


• Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience working within an Ecommerce environment
• Experience in product management, working in an agile/SCRUM mode is a plus
• Experience in operations excellence (improving complex systems and processes) is a plus
• Experience in managing the implementation of campaign delivery organizations is a plus
