Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain operations and direct supply/demand planning.
- Expertise in planning and demand forecasting and inventory managment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in FMCG/Retail replenishment.
- Experience in running collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment processes. Experience managing regional sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out demand forecasting and inventory allocation throughout product life-cycle.
- Experience in cross-functional partnership and change management that drives performance and execution excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fluid environment, excellent investigative skills with the ability to find key inputs, retain and use data that drives decisions.
- Excellent critical thinking, presentation, and decision making skills.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tell stories with data. Proven project management, communication and collaboration skills.
