Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
2 years of experience in supply chain operations and direct supply/demand planning.
Expertise in planning and demand forecasting and inventory managment.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience in FMCG/Retail replenishment.
Experience in running collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment processes. Experience managing regional sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out demand forecasting and inventory allocation throughout product life-cycle.
Experience in cross-functional partnership and change management that drives performance and execution excellence.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fluid environment, excellent investigative skills with the ability to find key inputs, retain and use data that drives decisions.
Excellent critical thinking, presentation, and decision making skills.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tell stories with data. Proven project management, communication and collaboration skills.
