Your role:

• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors from other countries, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.

• Collect and document feedback from international vendors to help improve processes and relationships.

• Assist in coordinating meetings and follow-ups with vendors to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Support in analyzing vendor feedback and generating insights for continuous improvement.

You're the right fit if:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!).

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage cross-border communications.

• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
