Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working in a data center class hardware systems development technical environment with focus on mechanical and thermal design, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience solving complex mechanical and/or thermal issues and technical innovation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with and lead cross-functional project teams effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, coupled with well-focused attention to detail.
