Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years people management experience.

Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from ideation to in-market success and the know-how required to lead your crew to realize your vision.
Solid affinity and experience in user-centered design, UX design and innovating on behalf of the customer is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and general ability to ramp up and go deep in new technical areas
Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically to define and track success metrics for your areas.
Responsibilities
You will be leading a team of product managers responsible for making Teams Mobile as the moved loved collab app with a mission of helping people stay on top of their communication and meetings.
You will establish a solid vision and roadmap, enroll execs and partners, and drive deep discussions at the intersection of user needs, experiences, and technology.
You will be building for scale, with 100s of Millions of monthly users as a minimum.
