Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
5 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently in order to interact with Vietnam based clients and partners.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in quality assurance processes, including conducting audits, facilitating calibration sessions, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
Understanding of digital advertising landscapes, including Google and engaged solutions.
Understanding of promoting best practice and techniques (e.g. objection handling, promoting).
Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills, with the ability to influence Google and vendor stakeholders via clear, persuasive written and verbal presentations, training and updates.
Excellent sales performance analysis skills, with the ability to analyze sales activities and metrics, diagnose performance issues, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
