Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering and new product introduction, mechanical fixture designs or process controls.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with adhesives and dispensing systems, heat staking, ultrasonic welding, and display or camera alignment.
- Experience in multiple consumer product launches in production ramping environment, consumer electronics related products.
- Experience in engineering under manufacturing environments on New Product Introduction (NPI) or Sustaining phase.
- Experience in vendor selection over emerging technologies and requirements to manufacture in cleanroom environment.
- Experience in micron level assembly processes with Manufacturing monitoring systems (e.g., MES, SPC, etc).
- Experience with Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software (e.g., JMP, Minitab), with the knowledge in simple database structure and Simultaneous multithreading (SMT) process.
