Your Impact
- Advance Prisma Cloud's static analysis capabilities through in-depth research, detection methodologies, and the design of advanced security checks
- Regularly engage with the larger security research community, representing Prisma Cloud at conferences and forums
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement your research findings, ensuring Prisma Cloud's SAST remains industry-leading
- Advise product managers and leadership on emerging threats and trends in the SAST domain
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and sharing
Your Experience
- Proven background in research including application security and static code analysis with 6+ years of experience
- Familiarity with multiple popular programming languages and understanding of their associated security pitfalls
- Demonstrated track record of research in security vulnerabilities and mitigations
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Prior experience conducting SAST research
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex topics to varied audiences
