Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers with shipment and billing orders.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales force and in-house contacts to resolve order processing and customer issues.
  • Communicate back order and product allocation issues to the sales force.
  • Assist the sales force in locating and transferring products as needed.
  • Perform all entry-level tasks and demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
  • Participate in specialty task teams (e.g., Bulk team, Iris team).
  • Serve as a coach for new hire training.
  • Participate in ongoing training, procedure review and development, reporting, and compliance activities.
  • Any ad hoc projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 year of relevant experience with a degree or a higher diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supply chain / logistics customer service or a related field is preferred.
