• Build systemic approach for analytical program of oligonucleotides (ASO, siRNA, saRNA ,and others).
• Perform routine analysis of oligonucleotides using various analytical techniques.
• Professional lead of projects/experiments carried out at outsource laboratories.
• Independently solve problems in the laboratory setting to overcome analytical challenges.
• Analyze, summarize and present data/results to team members.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive introduction of the knowledge.
• The position includes performing and documenting analytical tests in the laboratory, for raw materials and drug product formulations developed in R&D.
• Work according to GMP requirements and in accordance with methods and working procedures.

• MS degree and higher in Chemistry or related field with experience in oligonucleotide analysis- Must
• Experience working in an analytical laboratory -Must
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team-player mindset.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and workflows.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to create ideas for future work plans.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
