Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain strategic relationships with Financial Institution clients, aligning services/products to their needs.
- Drive collaboration with trading, structuring, and research teams for comprehensive client coverage.
- Execute high-impact client orders and provide strategic information about specific securities.
- Initiate transactions and provide innovative marketing ideas.
- Support day-to-day client requests across Macro products at a strategic level.
- Independently complete high-value transactions from start to finish.
- Establish high competence with clients around executing strategic trades.
- Managing & guiding the team and providing oversight
- Follow firm's policies for managing risks and legal/regulatory rules at a leadership level.
- Build trust with clients by understanding their strategic needs and articulating desk ideas.
- Balance competing strategic needs across clients, internal partners, and the firm.
- Oversee post-trade processes ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 10 years of experience in a client-facing role in Global Markets, with leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of cross-asset products relevant for Malaysia FI clients and broadly Asian local markets at a strategic level.
- Demonstrable ability in building and developing business at a leadership level.
- Creativity in strategic problem-solving and finding new ways of doing things.
- Understanding of market drivers and transaction cycles at a strategic level.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
