Our Brisbane practicemainly inthe property and infrastructure sector. Your primary focus will be helping clients effectively plan,and manage their Australian income tax obligations in relation to new fund structures, co-investment projects, core assets and much more

You will be at the forefront of addressing international and domestic aspects of income tax and advising on critical income tax matters for special types of trusts,and limited partnerships

Your key responsibilities

• Advising clients on domestic and international taxmattersandprovidinghigh quality technical tax advice

• Preparing tax opinionsregardingfund structures and various capital structures

• Building andmaintainingclient relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service

• Providing support and guidance to junior team members

• Stayingup-to-datewith tax law changes and industry trends

• Bachelor's degree in Laws, Accounting, Finance, or related field

• CPA, or other relevant certifications

• Minimum of5-6years of experience in tax
