Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in project management including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), test documentation (test plans, scripts, and reports), UAT execution, and overall UAT management.
- Experience in post-go-live program management and developing BAU (Business-as-Usual) management systems.
- Ability to evaluate and interpret large data sets, analyse, and present data with meaningful insights.
- Proficient in using Tableau or similar data visualisation tools to build reports and dashboards for program tracking and performance analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Confidence to make critical decisions and deliver results under tight timelines, with flexibility to adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with SAP systems, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA.
- Passion for enhancing the customer experience.
