• データウェアハウス (DWH) のテクニカルエキスパートとして、Amazon Redshift やAWSパートナーのDWH製品を通じて、お客様が必要とするデータ分析プラットフォームを実現する
• お客さまの声を代弁し、製品チームにカスタマーフィードバックを提供して、機能開発や将来の製品ロードマップに影響を与える
• お客様の最大の課題や最も重要なビジネス上の課題の解決を支援するために、担当分野のGo-to-Market (GTM) チームに高度な技術的知識を提供する
• AWSブログ / ホワイトペーパー / リファレンスアーキテクチャや、AWS Summit / AWS re:Inventなどの講演イベントを通じて、ベストプラクティスを共有するオピニオンリーダーとしての役割を果たす
• 事業開発チームと協力し、最も優れたGTMコンセプト / ソリューション / イニシアチブの技術的要素を定義する
• AWS社内の世界中のテクニカルエキスパートコミュニティを構築し、サポートする。より幅広いSAメンバーを対象に、AWSソリューションをお客様のアーキテクチャに導入する方法を理解するためのトレーニング教材を開発する• As a Data Warehouse (DW) technical expert, realize the data analysis platform our customers need through Amazon Redshift or DW products from AWS partners.
• Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re:Invent, etc.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best in class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures.

- 技術的な顧客対応の5年以上の経験
- データウェアハウス分野での5年以上の経験
- お客様と日本語でコミュニケーションできるネイティブレベルの会話および記述能力
- 社内の関係者と英語でコミュニケーションできる会話および記述能力
- 7+ years design / implementation / consulting experience of large-scale systems
- 5+ years of technical customer facing work
- 5+ years of Data Warehousing
- Ability to communicate with customers in Japanese at a native level, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders in English, both verbally and in writing
