Role Description:
delivering outstanding commercial results across all commercial metrics, and building exceptional relationships with our partners measured by our bi-annual partner surveys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the development of local opportunities including, but not limited to, new partner contracting and onboarding, commercial negotiation and promo sourcing, and playing a leading role in the relationships with all partners in their Market(s).
- Be the source of truth for our day to day trading results, and lead internal and external business reviews to drive each partnership and region towards our joint targets.
- Representing Booking.com to partners in market visits and at local and regional tourism events , with the goal to develop ever stronger partnerships, driving our mutual business and ensure close relationships with local stakeholders.
- Responsible for delivering our commercial targets for the partners they manage within their geographical region
- Ensuring collaboration with other channels and functions within the organisation to achieve targets and KPIs
- Each Partnerships Manager is responsible for approximately 20 supply partners and 5% of total global car rental revenue
