Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Should have experience in closing deals. (M&A & Capital raise)
• Extensive experience of developing pitches independently
• Comprehensive understanding of financial modelling and valuation
• Knowledge of deal structuring- commercials (both strategic & PE/VC)
• Deal origination track record and demonstrate relationship with strategic and PE/VC investors
• Have good working experience of financial analysis and strategy
• Strong Financial Modelling & Analytical skills
• Positive attitude and high commitment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Business development

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

MBA (preferably from a premier institute) or CA with a good academic background

8-10 years of relevant post qualification experience
