Duration: 12 months

In this role, you will support our Global Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to build best-in-class customer experiences, with a focus on various support areas. Specific areas of focus may include (but are not limited to):

  • Business AI Customer Success: Collaborate with Cloud ERP Product Champions and key SAP stakeholders to drive Adoption and Consumption of AI use-cases. Work on initiatives that improve the Customer Success Capability of Business AI in the context of Cloud ERP Solutions. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Business AI Adoption Execution: Support adoption tracking, development of assets and playbooks to help drive Business AI adoption including customer facing and internal resources.

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize strong analytical skills to process and interpret data, translating findings into actionable plans
  • Time Management: Effectively manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines
  • Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a passion for sales and technology.
  • Team Player: Team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Collaborate effectively towards mutual goals and interest
  • Language skills: Business fluent in English
