Delivery:
- Participate in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining containerized applications and services within national mobile operator networks.
- Design, build and administer OpenStack and OpenShift lab infrastructure to support all Samsung Networks teams.
- Develop scripts and tools to automate frequent tasks and monitor key resources.
- Support the automation and CICD pipelines of telco network function deployments (4G/5G Core) on Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
Innovation:
- Innovate and proactively contribute to the devops community with their ideas and improvements.
- Learn and contribute toinfrastructure-as-codeinitiatives (e.g., using Terraform, Ansible).

- Individual contributions to the team are emphasized and requested.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve platform and application issues.
- Customer interface for complex technical issues, new requests, features and software problems and manage internal communication with the local team and HQ R&D team.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning and delivery cycles.
- Participate in regular project review meeting with customers.
Education:
Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles and SDLC.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-native platforms like OpenShift.
- Exposure to containers and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Familiarity with Linux environments and basic shell scripting.
Experience:
- Some experience or academic exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitLab).
- Willingness to learn telco-specific technologies and protocols (e.g., EPC, 5GC).
- A collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
