Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and risk management.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior team members to help them reach their potential.

You’ll have:

  • Has proven experience as an Employment Tax Advisor.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Curious, and ready to make a difference
  • Ideally has exposure to Global Mobility payroll.
  • Eager to grow your career in a global firm
  • Brings a proactive, energetic, and forward-thinking approach to work.
  • Is a great communicator and natural relationship-builder.
  • Combines technical expertise with commercial awareness.
  • Is highly organised, with excellent project management skills.
  • Holds a relevant qualification (ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA, or CTA).
  • Has a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Enjoys learning, growing, and helping others do the same.
