Shape the technology roadmap and strategy for next-generation hardware solutions.
Drive the vision for the hardware team, identifying needs and challenges for upcoming generations.
Facilitatecommunication with
Define key technical aspects, including form factor selection, signal integrity (SI), power and thermal considerations, and channel optimization (mechanical, thermal, cluster layout).
Coordinate alignment between hardware systems and chip design teams to achieve a unified definition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and strategic vendors, to enable new technologies and products.
Be a hands-on leader, capable of independently driving new technology initiatives from concept to completion.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in electronic engineering or equivalent experience.
15+ overall years of board/system design related development experience.
8+ years of technical design management experience.
Experience in development within a mass production environment.
Experience with all data center elements, including power, cooling, infrastructure, and topology.
Familiarity with optics technology.
Experience in Ethernet networks.
Background with new PCB, power, and ASIC technologies.
Ability to take new technology into execution.
Previously led technical task forces and collaborate in multidisciplinary environments (Mechanical, Software, Firmware, BE, FE, Analog, Power, Thermal, SI, OPS).
