You will:
Gather and preprocess marketing data from various sources such cloud based/ on-premise databases ensuring data quality and consistency
Develop and implement AI/ML/time series models to forecast sales demand and trend ensuring timely and accurate delivery of forecast.
Experience in model orchestration using Airflow Work closely with marketing teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Create visualizations to present data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Work with cross-functional teams, including go to market teams, data platform team to implement data-driven solutions. Creating and maintaining custom built libraries.Maintaining version control of artifacts (Github)
Essential Requirements
7+ years of exp with Bachelor’s degree in data science/computer science/information technology, or a related field.Good understanding of OLS Regression, Variable reduction techniques (Ridge/Lasso regression), Bayesian regression, Optimisation basics, Out of sample validation etc.
Strong proficiency in Python, R tidyverse and SQL and experience with time series forecasting tools and techniques.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP.
Reproducible artifact building (Rmarkdown, Notebooks)Experience with machine learning algorithms and their application in marketing.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of marketing operations and how data can drive decision-making.Ability to think critically and solve complex problems with attention to detail
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in data science/computer science/information technology, or a related field.
