• Collaborate with worldwide cross-functional teams to build and launch high-impact campaigns across marketing touchpoints.
• Leverage marketing experience to drive the testing process (e.g. reviewing evidence, recognizing insights, formulating hypotheses, and coordinating the overall testing process) for multiple campaigns.
• Proactively communicate insights and drive hypotheses development and testing process to influence marketing strategies.
• Effectively communicate across worldwide teams to manage timelines, delivery, and dependencies.
• Stay informed on evolving consumer needs and customer experience trends.

• 5+ years of experience and proven demonstration of driving numerous initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Notable experience with “customer” obsession, testing process, digital marketing strategy and execution, web analytics, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Ability to prepare presentations, materials, and reports on the performance and grow and modify with agility based on feedback.
• Experience with agile marketing and testing processes is preferred.
• Self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to strive for success within established timelines.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to develop key relationships and create alignment across departments to motivate teams to accomplish objectives.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
