TMC plays a key role in advancing improvements such as image resolution and quality, size increases, and new form factors as the display industry has evolved from CRTs to LCDs, and now to OLED. These innovations, along with reduced costs, have enabled new products and driven the proliferation of displays that create dynamic and stunning visual experiences for consume.
Role Responsibilities
Will be the project leader to lead and coordinate cross functional teams from project kick off, material procurement, system build and commission test, to fulfill system Specification, quality criteria and shipment schedule from customer.
Will prepare project plan and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements.
Will drive project deliverables and task details bythrough meetings, reports,tracking charts and, checklists.
Aligns the activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project.
Monitors, and reports to the business unit onproject's progressand cost performance.
Will research causes to project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
Masterdegree in in Engineering, Physics, EE or Mechanical related field
Program/Project management experience (5+years)
Fluency in English presentation and communication
Display Industry experience.
