What you'll do

As a DevOps Engineer for ERP CDX Cloud Delivery Service Engineering & Delivery, you will be part of a high-performing team managing the Provisioning lifecycle for the products of S/4HANA Cloud (public) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Your role and responsibilities will be manifold - you will take part:

• in requirement discussions
• will do technical validations of automations
• act as the channel to the Co-leads for potential improvements
• and provide insides on the overall status of rolled-out processes such as failure rates, runtime and more
• ensuring high quality standards of the products
• in driving initiatives & topics within the Provisioning area to further improve the customer experience

What you bring

• ABAP Basis Administration skills (e.g. installation, system configuration) [upgrade, backup, certificate management, transport management/TMS is a plus only]
• 3-6 years of experience
• SAP HANA / HANA Cloud: Hands on experience with setup, monitoring and optimization
• Operating System (OS) Knowledge (Primary Linux)
• SAP Software Lifecycle Tools: Proficient in Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM) and related utilities
• Experience with Hyperscalers (MS Azure, GoogleCloudPlatform (GCP), Alicloud, AmazonWebServices (AWS))
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP:) Experience with provisioning, integration and extension scenarios
• Strong methodological and conceptual skills paired with analytical thinking
• Proven ability to work and lead in cross-architectural and delivery teams
• Capability to influence without formal authority
• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
