You will:

• Perform annual sustainability assurance for EY’s prestigious clients based on Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive using international standards for non-financial information (ISAE 3000 and future ISSA 5000 assurance methodologies)
• Perform regulatory compliance check and learn to challenge client’s view (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, ESRS, SFDR, etc.)
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of sustainability matter and concepts to apply them to client situations
• Lead, coordinate and develop a team of Assistants
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction
• Coordinate on-site fieldwork at clients including liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the assurance process
• Translate the assurance strategy into effective procedures and deliver the assurance service for the assignment efficiently and effectively
• Actively contribute to other sustainable finance projects assurance based on market needs and developments

The earlier you apply, the best chance you will have to join if:

• You hold or are on the way to obtain a Bachelor or Master’s degree with a major in Sustainability, Environmental Law, Environmental Engineering or equivalent certification
• You have 2-4 years of experience in sustainability matters (CSRD considered as an advantage) and wish to pursue your career in this field
• You have a strong appetite for either for Environment, social or governance matter
• You have knowledge about ISO standards related to sustainability matters such as ISO14000/26000/50001, will be considered as an advantage
• You are fluent in one of these languages: English, French, German, Luxembourgish
• You have audit/assurance background, knowledge of ISAE3000 and previous big4 experience, will be considered an asset
