Skills & knowledge you should possess:
- 1+ years’ of work experience. Preferably in market research, lead generation, marketing or sales, ideally within SaaS businesses.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have an outgoing personality and the ability to hold an engaging conversation or write an attention-grabbing email.
- Manage our inbound marketing lead flow by identifying customer needs and solve for gaps within their current tech stack.
- High level of resilience and ability to handle objection both over phone and email
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency
- Represent the company and our products with a high degree of professionalism
- A competitive nature and relentless drive to succeed
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software, outreach, Chat tools, Zoominfo, SalesNav.
