Key responsibilities
- Developing project plan, timelines and budget, defining project scope, objectives and deliverables
- Lead, motivate and oversee cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to set expectations and update on project progress.
- Responsible for project revenue planning and forecasting.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks, implement contingency plans.
- Manage resources efficiently and improve productivity.
- Ensure deliverables meet Honeywell quality standards and customer requirements.
- Handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining project objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reporting and auditing purpose.
- Use project management tools to monitor project performance and productivity.
- Address customer escalations and issues promptly to keep the project on track.
- Working with Sales and P&E team on new project opportunities.
Key skills and qualifications
Minimum: 10 years of project management experience in the region.
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Proficiency in project management software
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
PMP Project certification.
