Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)

  • Identify and understand the decision-making circuits of the hospital system.
  • Meet all regional actors involved in diseases management in which Incyte is involved, especially in the field of hematology-oncology.
  • Participate in all risk minimization activities.
  • Trace pharmacovigilance and quality claims in accordance with local procedures.
  • Deliver quality scientific information to the stakeholders of public and private sector.
  • Monitor pharmacies’ sales.
  • Develop area action plans from national and regional objectives and ensure their implementation,
  • Implement actions necessary to develop the sales of the area through commercial presence in the relevant field, particularly through the development of regional operations and transversal projects.
  • Provide logistics for “staffs” in order to develop knowledge of the company’s drugs and the Incyte’s image.
  • Organize local conferences and field team meetings.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Collect and transmit information as well as medical and pharmacovigilance issues.
  • Provide competitive intelligence.
  • Share information in a transversal way with all Incyte individuals including reporting through VEEVA comprehensively.
  • Follow French DDP (“Dispositions Déontologiques Professionnelles”) and all recommendations related to relationships with health professionals.

Requirements

  • Dynamic personality, pro-active and teamwork.
  • 2 years college, scientific training (diploma of Medical Rep as a minimum).
  • Understanding of HCP needs and patients’ needs to serious diseases.
  • Over 5 years in selling/promoting high valued pharmaceutical products – rather in oncology/hematology.
  • Business successfulness and proven ability to carry out many projects / missions (high ability to learn).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
  • High persuasiveness and results-oriented.
  • Autonomy.
  • Entrepreneur Mindset.
  • Good computer skills.
